There are 2 easy ways to fill out an application for admission.

1. Apply Online
   Apply online via StarGazer, NHMCCD's portal for student services on the Web. Your Admissions Application will take approximately 15 minutes to be processed.
   
   
2. Download an application
   You may also choose to download and print the Admission Application using Adobe Acrobat Reader. (32KB)
   
   Fill out and submit (in person, by mail, or by fax) the application to:

• Remember to include:
  • Proof of residency status. Tuition is calculated based on residency.
    
  • Any available high school transcript, TASP or other test scores (SAT, ACT, TAAS), and previous college transcripts.
